The beautiful 3-bedroom holiday cottage Seaweed in Combe Martin, North Devon comfortably sleeps up to six guests. This bright and airy holiday let has recently been refurbished to a high standard to provide its guests with a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere where they can relax and unwind. Set over two floors the cottage is the perfect setting for families or couples seeking a seaside holiday in North Devon.

OPEN PLAN LIVING AREA

Guests enter Seaweed via a beautiful and very handy conservatory, which has space for storing boots, as well as a selection of coat hooks. A door then leads through to the open plan living area, which is tastefully decorated.

The lounge with its two sofas and armchair provides a relaxed setting for cosy evenings in front of the TV. In the winter months, light the wood burning stove to create a lovely home-away-from-home atmosphere.

Towards the rear of the house is the well-equipped kitchen complete with a fridge/freezer, an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a microwave and a washing machine. There is also ample storage space for all your groceries and a breakfast bar, which is great for those lazy mornings. A separate dining table is located next to the kitchen and seats up to six.

Bedroom 1 - ground floor

A handy downstairs bedroom features a standard double bed and a comfy armchair. This front facing bedroom has just a small step on entry and is therefore perfect for those slightly less able guests. In this bathroom you will also find quick-dry microfibre beach towels!

Situated next door to the downstairs bedrooms is the first of two family bathrooms. This good sized downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, a WC and a wash basin.

BEDROOM 2

At the top of the stairs is a large double/twin bedroom with flexible link beds. On request this double aspect bedroom can either have a super king size (6’) bed or two 3’ single beds. Also, within this bedroom is an armchair and a wardrobe. Please don't forget to request how you would like the beds made up upon booking!

The second, first floor bedroom at Seaweed, which is front facing has a standard double bed and a chest of drawers.

Bathroom 2

The upstairs family bathroom is perfect for those coming with children and provides lots of flexibility. The bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead, a wash basin and a WC.

Outside

To the rear of Seaweed is a small enclosed patio where you will find an outside tap, great for washing off muddy paws or sandy surfboards, a rack for drying wet suits, a built-in BBQ and a lockable storage area coming in May 2021 where you can keep kayaks or bikes. Bike covers are included but please bring your own locks if needed. Also, on the patio is a small table with two chairs.
